All plans are billed once every 3 months (quarterly). You pay upfront for a quarter and get a 25% discount vs paying monthly. That's 96 live sessions per year.
Every plan includes 8 live online sessions per month — that's 2 classes per week. Buddy sessions are 55 mins. Individual (1:1) sessions are 45 mins.
Cancel a class at least 1 hour in advance and it carries forward — no session lost. Missed without notice? That session is deducted from your count.
