Is the demo class really free? No hidden charges?

100% free. No credit card, no payment, no obligation. The demo class is our way of letting your child experience ChessGum before you commit to anything. If you love it (and we're confident you will!), we'll then discuss which plan suits your child best.
My child has never played chess before. Is that okay?

Absolutely! Most of our students start from zero. Our Beginner programme is specifically designed for complete beginners — even 4-year-olds with no prior chess knowledge. Our coaches are experts at making the first lesson fun and engaging.
What device does my child need for online classes?

Any device with a camera and internet works — laptop, tablet, or even a smartphone. Classes are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet, which are free to use. We'll send you a link before every class.
How quickly will someone contact me after I submit the form?

We aim to respond within 24 hours, but most parents hear from us within 2–4 hours during working hours (9 AM – 8 PM IST, Mon–Sat). You can also WhatsApp us directly for an even faster response.
Can I enrol more than one child?

Yes! In fact, our Buddy plan is perfect for two siblings or friends learning together in the same class. It's more affordable and kids love learning with someone they know. Mention both children in the form and we'll sort it out.
